At The Jakemans Community Stadium, we offer a caring and empathetic environment for commemorative gatherings of loved ones, families and friends.
Our friendly staff are with you every step of the way, looking after you from the time of booking, right through to the day of the service to ensure you can concentrate on celebrating your loved one and sharing memories with friends and family.
Whether you require tea, coffee and cake, or a much more lavish celebration, we have a wide range of rooms and catering options to suit your needs.
All of our rooms are easily accessible, and most have air conditioning available. We have ample free on-site parking, and disabled access including a lift. You will have exclusive use of the room for the agreed time period, and will be looked after by our friendly staff every step of the way.

To help make things a little easier, we offer two packages that suit most requirements; however we are only too pleased to tailor a package that would be bespoke to you. Please note minimum numbers apply.
Traditional Buffet Selection
Selection of open rolls/sandwiches, sausage rolls and pork pie, quiche and scotch eggs. Freshly brewed tea and coffee.
Afternoon Tea
Selection of fresh sandwiches and cakes for this afternoon classic. Freshly brewed tea and coffee.

Nineteen33 suite
Nineteen33 is our beautiful first floor function suite that can cater for over 200 guests, but retains a cosy and warm feel. It has its own fully licensed bar.
The suite can also be used in conjunction with Kabia’s, our adjacent lounge bar which boasts comfy chairs and sofas for a very relaxing visit and quiet space.
Nineteen33 has sliding walls, so can be divided to cater for smaller parties either in one or thirds of the room.
The suite is fully air conditioned and is serviced by a lift.
The Boardroom
The Boardroom is available for smaller, intimate events and dinner parties for up to 20 people. The room has floor to ceiling windows with fantastic views of the pitch.
The Boardroom has its own bar / kitchenette, and our staff will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The Boardroom is fully air conditioned, and is serviced by a lift.
Hospitality boxes
Our four Executive Boxes are perfect for smaller, more intimate events for up to 10 guests.
Each box features its own drinks fridge (addtional charge), and views across the football stadium and pitch

kabia’s loungebar
Kabia’s is our first floor lounge bar area adjacent to the Ninteen33 function suite. Modern and stylish, Kabia’s features elegant sofas and leather chairs - all creating a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Kabia’s is the perfect space for more intimate events, or can be used as an additional bar or breakout area for larger events and functions.
Kabia’s is fully air conditioned, and is serviced by a lift.
Ellenders bar & restaurant
Our groundfloor bar and restaurant, Ellenders can also be hired to host a range of events, providing a more informal space and casual environment for your guests.
It has a modern contemporary industrial feel, but is warm and welcoming. The room subtly celebrates the history of the football club, and is a special place to gather.
This space would be suitable for around 100 guests. Ellenders is fully air conditioned.
